Messages may include operational monitoring alerts, account and service notifications, customer support communications, infrastructure availability alerts, outage notifications, service restoration notices, and other informational messages related to Source One’s services.
Participation in the SMS messaging program is voluntary. Message frequency varies depending on system events, service conditions, customer support activity, and the services for which a recipient has requested notifications. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient’s wireless service plan.
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Source One, you authorize Source One to send messages of the types described above to the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from Source One. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message and will receive no further messages from that messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.
